This type of client thinks that he or she knows how a website should look, but the fact is that the client does not really know anything about web design or websites. The person may offer all kinds of suggestions, only to reject all of them. In the meantime, the web designer has spent a considerable amount of time in trying to suggest various types of designs for the prospective customer's website without receiving any monetary compensation.
