TORONTO — Ontario's Liberal government has been found in contempt of Parliament for refusing to produce all documents on the cancelled electricity generating stations in Mississauga and Oakville.
Speaker Dave Levac found there was a "prima facie" case of breach of privilege when Energy Minister Chris Bentley refused to provide all the documents on the cancelled gas plants to a legislative committee.
