We now have legal a precedent: It’s officially a bad idea to flip off the judge and swear at him while you’re in court for a bond hearing. Take note.

We have 18-year-old Penelope Soto to thank for providing the test case for this legal grey area.

The Florida teen was in court before Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat Monday, reportedly after being accused of possessing Xanax bars.

Did you tell me to f— off?

After an ill-judged exchange (her jewellery is “worth a lot of money.””Like what?” “Like Rick Ross. It’s worth money”), Rodriguez-Chomat asked Soto if she was on drugs.

“Actually, no.”

The judge ordered her held on a $5,000 bond and sent her on her way. She called “adios” and walked off — which was where her fortunes took a turn for the worst.
